Apparently Google is working to bring themed packages on its Pixel smartphones, according to a new ratio based on some code strings and a button in the last beta 1 Android 16 QPR1.
The button belongs to the Pixel Wallpaper & Style app and is destined to start an app of Pixel customization packages, which in turn is not yet available, but is clearly coming.
Since we cannot take a look at this, it remains to be seen if Google will offer only some packages to preset themes or will open a shop of themes in good faith like many other producers of Android devices. We are likely to say that the first option is more likely.
In the Wallpaper & Style app, there will be a new set of themes to appear at the top of the list both in the lock screen and in the cards of the main screen, with a description that will simply say “discover the pixel themes”. The code string containing the description is called “theme_packs_description”, which implies that the themes each group more more customization options.
