The lack of flagship cameras hurts gaming phones compared to traditional flagships. The other issue noted is software support, which isn’t at the four- to five-year support level of premium phones from Samsung and Apple.

However, 22% of voters would choose the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, while 14% would opt for the standard ROG Phone 7. Oh and it has 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage as standard.

However, the ROG duo was never intended to surpass the iPhones and Galaxy S series in sales. And there seems to be enough demand in the niche they serve for them to be successful at their thing.
