It seems we haven’t seen Kathryn Hahn’s latest in the MCU.

The Wanda Vision According to Variety, the actress, who stole the show as nosy neighbor Agnes and turned out to be the mighty witch Agatha Harkness, is getting her spin-off series from Disney +’s Marvel Studios.

The series is described as a “dark comedy” and would play Hahn as Agatha, but no further plot details are known. The last time we saw Agatha, she was trapped in the suburb of Westview, New Jersey by a spell of Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch. Jac Schaeffer, chief writer of Wanda Visionwill write and executive produce the spinoff.

Wanda Vision, which aired for nine episodes from January to March on Disney +, was one of the hit TV series of the year, receiving praise from fans and critics alike. She garnered 23 Emmy nominations, including one for Hahn’s performance, and one win for the viral song “Agatha All Along”.

It makes sense that Marvel wants to capitalize on the success of Wanda Vision with a Schaeffer spin-off series, as a second season isn’t on the table. Kevin Feige apparently has other plans for Vision and Wanda, the latter of which is confirmed to appear Doctor Strange in the multiverse of madness next year.

While an Agatha spinoff doesn’t appear to have been part of the original plan, Feige has always been good at hearing which characters blow up and giving fans more of what they want. (So why Thor: The Dark World was filmed again to allow Loki to survive after fans reported his death during test screenings.)

With the announcement of the Wanda Vision spinoff, Marvel Studios has at least 10 new TV series in the works for Disney +, in addition to second seasons of hit shows Loki And What happens if…?. These include Hawk eyewith Jeremy Renner and Hailee Steinfeld, scheduled for November, and four series coming in 2022: Lady Marvel, Knight of the Moon, She-HulkAnd Secret invasion with Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury and Ben Mendelsohn’s Talos.

Other series in the works are reportedly Iron heart, Armor Wars with Don Cheadle’s Rhodey, an untitled Wakanda series with Danai Gurira’s Okoye and a Hawk eye spin-off series called Echo.
