Amnesia Memories is a must for every otome player, check it out if you haven't already though it is a bit intense.
Cinderella Phenomenon is sweet and pretty short, plus its free on steam but it has a 2nd game that you have to buy.
Radiant Tale if you are more into fantasy ^^.
There's honestly way too many good ones its hard for me to decide what to play next lmao, you can check out otomekitten blog, they posts reviews and all otome related stuff you can imagine. They have a list of games with an english translation to make it easier for you to pick sth. Have fun!!

@fennyhenny I've played amnesia! My fav route is toma (yes I'm colorblind) it's actually what made me interested in otomes. Noted the two, will play radiant tale first and thanks for telling me about otomekitten!
