Did you try using a VPN? Also, where do you exactly get this error? After watching a video ad? After you login?

Yes, I have "VPN by Google" built in, but can try another VPN service to see if that works instead. I get the message right when I open the app, and I also get it once I've put my credentials in to try to login.

Switching to VPN let me login without the error, but it said that no ads were available

Hello @lushorange , please make sure that no blockers are turned on. Uninstall and install the app again. Log in with VPN and if possible, you can connect to Canada. This will help you. If you still have a problem, please contact me. I will be pleased to assist you.

Thanks for the suggestions! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and switched to Canada, and I get a different error now the good news is that I was able to install it on an old phone, and it let me view ads on there, so I'll just do that. Thanks again!
