I'm having an issue using the Rewards app. I've yet to even be able to watch even one ad much less get any points from it. I live in the USA so I don't need a VPN, correct? When I login, the app does nothing except the word "Syncing..." pops up in the lower right hand corner of the box but nothing else changes and the screen never goes any further. I'm losing out on a lot of points because of this. You have any idea what's going on? I'm running Android 13 128GB on a brand new Motorola phone I got a couple of months ago. This is frustrating to say the least especially when I was so looking forward to being able to use the app. I would appreciate any assistance you might can give me to help figure this out. Thank you in advance...

I typed in my ID and Email but after 1.hour it is still syncing in the bottom left corner. Nothing else happens. How long does it usually take to log in and sync?

You need to put your username, not your user ID. The login is usually immediate, unless there are temporary connection issues.

Yeah I meant to say User Name (Doom874), not user ID. User name is what I used. But still the syncing issue is there. Would really appreciate a prompt work around on this.

Try using a VPN, there's a chance your current connection is blocked.
