I have the same issue even with VPN

Try changing country within your VPN. If all users use the same VPN, then ads will quickly run out, as they have a limited amount of videos for each IP, and common VPN will all share the same IP, making themselves useless for this purpose. Try TunnelBear, so far everyone reported it worked fine for them or, if you're using mobile data without a VPN, try turning Airplane Mode ON/OFF. This will change your IP.

Restart the app and if it still doesn't work, try using a VPN to change your connection.

Either yours are "false positives" or it's simply stating that the app is modified compared to the original (which is obvious, as they are called MODDED APKs meaning that the code is modified in order to provide you the hack you need).
