Add a "Beginner Starter Kit" Thread for New Users

As a new member, I noticed that there’s a lot of great content scattered across the forum, but it can be a little overwhelming at first. I’d like to suggest creating a “Beginner Starter Kit” thread or sticky post that compiles:

• Forum rules and how ranks work
• Links to useful beginner tutorials
• How to safely download and install mods
• Earning SB Cash and leveling up
• FAQs for common new-user questions

I think this could really help newcomers like me settle in faster and reduce repeated questions.

Thanks for all the work you do — just wanted to throw the idea out there!
