An Issue with Deleting TEMP File in Windows 10!
If you can’t delete temp files in Windows 10, try this:
And...If some files still won’t delete, boot into Safe Mode and try again.
This usually clears all leftover temp files without harming your system.
- Press Win + R, type %temp%, and hit Enter. This opens the temp folder..
- Select all files (Ctrl + A) and delete. Skip any in use.
- Use Disk Cleanup: search for “Disk Cleanup” → select C: → check Temporary files → Clean.
And...If some files still won’t delete, boot into Safe Mode and try again.

IObit's Unlocker - a free 64bit Windows tool to deal with locked
file's and folder's, a bug introduced in Windows 7 and never fixed. It also has advanced deletion features.

It depends on the permission used. It can delete file's locked under an administration account. It has an advanced deletion on reboot feature.
