all of this are working fine, because of memory patches, i wanna know how to work with hooks .. so i can put Seek value, input value too , LibTool in the image for searching working offsets.

This doesn't make sense at all. Logs show you WHAT causes the error, you can't say "still not working", as they're not meant to magically fix your issue, but to point out what's the mistake you did in your code. So check the logs, learn how to read them and find the culprit. How are we supposed to help if we don't know what caused the crash? Logs are the answer.

You can even put log lines into the MOD Menu to find out which line caused the crash.
