Try this "complicated" technique..IF you want to beat the dev's protection system in-place.
We have to be..Online when shopping, right?
Easy to Switch OFF wifi/net-connection on your phone?
The moment you click Yes on LP tab while shopping..switch of your Net.
It is so that..the server couldnt save. It is to defeat the protection. A round-about away.

I will give you the method to..back-up your save files.
Cheat one feature. Save Game. Back-up the save.
Clear Data (not Only..Cache).
Re-Copy back the Back-up Save.
Cheat again. So on..and So on.
(Need to be familiar with Phone's folders, see?
So let it be later, in case)

For those..that find it Hard to Emulate those Methods revealed..Above.

Why dont just Go Online..ONE time. With LP active on background.
Just to Purchase the 5 millions money cheat.
Need NOT the others. That much Money alone at the Start allows you to be independent and enjoy the game.
Save and afterwards..play Offline for..e..ver.
To avoid the developers Updating the game and making it NOT work..anymore.

Why Fix a not Broken thing?
OR..if you want to restart the game, just go to Phone's App settings and Clear Data (not only cache).
Or just redownload from here and do a Clean reinstall. Uninstall the previous version first.

For those having this problem..might as well Choose the $ Cheat as the other options are playable..without.
