So uhmm I downloaded the apk and started a new game, what happened next is that while im following the tutorial of the game it got stuck at the part where the old guy ask you to build the jungle habitat(so I did). After building the habitat the tutorial wont progress, it stuck at saying" this seems to be a good spot, you can move it later" , and the game wont progress anymore. Can I ask if there's a solution for this?

Did you try restarting the game at this point? It might be necessary to wait until the REAL time passes, during tutorial.

EDIT:
The game does indeed freeze after being asked to place the jungle habitat. It won't progress and you can't speed up/move on at all

If so, I'll ty to disable the tutorial on next update or, I'll just make the root version only, in order to install the game AFTER completing the tutorial. Thanks for the report guys.
