This applies mainly to the States.

Consequences of Driving Without a License in 2025 (All Drivers Should Know)
The consequences of driving without a license involve fines, jail time, or both. Your first offense may result in a misdemeanor, with fines starting at $100. Repeat offenses can lead to higher fines, extended jail time, and even imprisonment.

Why does the Police Force and Bar Association criminally conspire, while acting under color of law, to deny Constitutional Rights and commit treason against America?

Remember, no State may enforce a law that is contrary or infringes upon Constitutional Rights, Privileges, and Immunities.

Three days ago, an elderly Italian man whose driver's license had been revoked a year ago due to his age crashed with his car into a bus carrying dozens of students, overturning it. The car was destroyed in the accident, and the elderly man died. Fortunately, both the students and the bus driver suffered only minor injuries.

Unfortunate incident.
Here, with or without a license, age nor health are taken into account.

Read the US Supreme Court rulings.
The privilege to drive is a Constitutional Right and therefore beyond the jurisdiction of the States.

Several years ago I was asked to assist as a paralegal in a drunk driving case.
It was a simple open-shut matter.
The Accused, illegally being called a Defendant, was coming home after a sporting event, drunk driving, and Police pulled him over and arrested the man.
Only, it wasn't that simple.
Police and Prosecution failed to provide results of a sobriety test.
The body camera footage was missing.
The officer's statements didn't match.
BRADY Rule was violated and I demanded a Motion for Brady, which the Courts hate as it almost always proves a criminal conspiracy between prosecutors and police... and it did.

In a 3 day event that I turned into a 3 ring circus pitting the judge, prosecutor, police and corporate representative attorneys against themselves, and before the local Press, I turned a "simple" drunk driving case into one of domestic terrorism amd treason.

The Accused was in fact driving home after a sporting event.
He was not drinking. He was tired.
Police reports not initially turned over proved this.

The accused was subjected to ineffective assistance of counsel, and in fact, denied counsel outright as the Supreme Court has rules, Bar members cannot perform law, they can only PRACTICE and that does not meet Constitutional requirements of a criminal proceeding.

The prosecutor knew about the police reports yet did not hand them over.
The prosecutor is also a member of the Bar Association.

The man impersonating a law abiding officer perjured under oath, as they are trained to do.

The judge, also a Bar member, treasonously usurped jurisdiction as the Courts have no say in Drivers License or violations.
It's the Department of Motor vehicles who issue the license, and then only to indicate you passed a safety test - not for legal reasons or identification.

As Capitalism, Fascism, Oligarchy, and other anti-American practices spread, the People are being lied to in order to support greed within the Corporate Racketeering Enterprises, particularly the Bar Association and Police Force - corporations of domestic terrorists committing treason.

The next is the Insurance Racket.
Pay us to protect you, or else bad things WILL happen. Just as the Mafioso established it in the 1930's.
If you own your property, why are you being told it's a rental for which you must make regular payments... or else.

That is but one of many horror stories I experienced first hand while studying law in The States, and I don't regret walking away after learning just how corrupt the system is.

I do believe in the sovereignty of the people to be free from government rule.

The sovereign people's movement was about tax evasion.
Never allow the Bar to confuse [We] the People, the sovereigns of America and kings unto themselves being above government, with The Sovereign People - a tax dodger organization taken down in 2016. Judges will twist this around for entrapment, asking if you are one of the sovereign people?
I've personally had a judge removed over judicial misconduct for doing so.

Being a member of the Bar Association is Anti-American, as a corporation whose members treason against the people, and is why I chose not to become a member. I've won a great many cases as COUNSEL to the ACCUSED (which does not mean corporate representative attorney) by NOT following what attorney's say. I recently helped a woman in Florida who was being harassed by domestic terrorists impersonating law abiding officers. Her Public Offender had advised she plead no contest and not to say anything in the Court. I helped her to get the Public Offender, a Bar lawyer corporate representative in bed with the judge/prostitutor/dirty cops, to force him to admit to his conspiracy to deny rights for profit, and got him disbarred and the prostitutor (someone paid to screw people over) removed and the judge recused. Then I helped her file a BRADY Motion and FOIA, that proved the States was withholding exculpatory evidence with the intent to deny Rights by those acting under color of law and to falsely imprison American's out of greed. Pursuant to Title 18 sections 241-242, such a criminal conspiracy carries The Death Sentence as a capital crime - treason.

It's been 2 decades since I've been in the States yet the domestic terrorism and treason by corporate racketeering enterprises to strip American's of wealth, Rights, and make them slaves, still persists. It continues as American's, or usurping American's, want all the privileges yet refuse to carry out the duties of being an American.
America has not executed a terrorist or traitor in half a century nor carried out a revolution to remove corrupt government. It is the fault of the People that they are now dependent upon the State for survival, believe corporation's can conduct law, and have allowed evil to thrive by being complacent and lazy. If one is not willing to die to protect the Rights, Privileged and Immunities generically termed as Freedom, then one is NOT an American.

After denouncing any ties with the USA, Inc. and declaring nationality as an American national, I was able to notify the SoS and throw away my drivers license. I did NOT need papers to travel or identify myself, because I chose to stand up to the Courts and the lawyers, and the Police.

I did have an International license as I traveled the world for many years before my health went bad, and, because not all countries recognize the rights of people. America is meant to be different, better, not oppressed and told this is the new Nazi nation, show us your papers and that they are in order, or you may not travel within your own country.

I'm all for calling out government overreach and violations of constitutional rights, but IMO requiring a license to drive isn't violating any rights. It's a measure designed to make the roads at least a little bit safer -- i.e, preventing 12-year-olds from driving, removing a DUI offender's ability to drive, etc. I don't really know enough about sovereign citizens to have an opinion on that, but I know in a lot of areas being a "sovereign citizen" doesn't make you exempt from laws. I watch a lot of bodycam footage in my spare time and never once have I actually seen a sovereign citizen get away with having no ID or driver's license.

Exactly!
It's a safety test.
Not for anything else.

I served in the NAVY.
Only a single term, not a lifer.
I spent a decade traveling the world.
I taught college for 8 years
I did 3 years as a paralegal and 15 performing law (American's can actually perform law and justice anywhere in America and without a corporate license, whereas Bar members being corporate may only practice law) until I personally witnessed police and Bar Members involved in Human Rights violations (one of the few crimes worse than treason) - selling American's into slavery while murdering witnesses to those crimes.
I was compelled to testify in R.I.C.O. against these domestic terrorists as a Corporate Racketeering Enterprise acting under Color of Law, and was retaliated against for doing so.
The Arch Angels of Justice, who handled the Lawrencia " Bambi " Bembenek case of cops murdering cops and witnesses and being aided and protected by the Bar, saw very similar things happening.
They convinced Parliament that I required political asylum due to the mass corruption and repeated attempts on my life and as the last of 6 witnesses in the R.I.C.O. case.
Canada said, until such time as America stops harboring terrorists and traitors usurping government I could remain.
It's been decades and America has done nothing to remove the Police Force or Bar and so here I remain.
