Google’s first foldable smartphone and its upcoming mid-range smartphone are both expected to be unveiled together at the company’s annual developer conference, new leaks reveal. On May 10, at Google I/O, we will presumably see the official introduction of both the Pixel Fold and Pixel 7a.
While they may be announced together, they will not be released at the same time. Pixel 7a will be available immediately, for $ 499, in four colors called Charcoal, Snow, Sea and Coral, the latter exclusive to the Google Store.

That’s a $50 increase over the Pixel 6a, which, curiously, will remain on sale even after its successor hits the streets. Presumably this means it could also see a slight drop in prices starting May 10, but that’s just speculation at this point.
Pixel 7a is said to arrive with a new 64MP primary camera along with a 13MP ultrawide, the Tensor G2 SoC, a 90Hz refresh rate screen, and support for wireless charging

At the other end of Google’s price scale, the Pixel Fold is said to cost $1,799.
