Help with the ROM's

IF anyone know a ROM that is fast and have android 4.4.2 or higher for Samsung S3 GT-19300 pleas give me the link or help me because my android is too damn slow when i open a game it lags and then crash ~~

My general suggestion for ROMs is the "Cyanogen" one..

But please note, if you device is old, the solution is no the ROM but a new device.

Mine is 3 months old and the customs has problems with the delivery of my new phone...
I want to keep it working til I sell it
