Mod apk Hero Wars v1.29.14 new fixed mod: 1 Hit Kill (updated)

Can anyone report just how long the tutorial is? I'm hoping that I haven't gone far enough to pass that point, before installing mod version. If it is no more than the first few levels, then I'm not able to load my progress, after uninstalling it gets wiped from the device. I tried renaming the data file, and then installing the mod, but it still loads from the very start. Progress is tied to Google Play, which means only rooted devices can load their progress, after reinstalling... so far haven't seen any other option to save progress like FB...
