Oh, I feel you there, I've fell to depression a few months ago and all I like to do is stay totally at home and sleep (a very sweet escape from reality)... I'm also an introvert so it's very hard... Sometimes I think of just ending it all permanently, but it would cause guilt and grief to my love ones so, hey, keep on fighting!!!
