Last week, Honor teased a return to the Indian smartphone market with ex-Realme CEO Madhav Sheth also confirming his presence on board. Now, Honor Tech India has confirmed that it is re-entering the Indian smartphone market and will soon announce its first device in the country in over three years.

Honor withdrew its business in India in 2020 soon after the brand gained independence from Huawei. PSAV Global has since acted as the official distributor of Honor products in India, releasing wearables, tablets and laptops for the past three years. PSAV is expected to continue to serve as Honor’s official distributor leveraging its retail and distribution network, and the Honor 90 is likely to be the brand’s first new device in India.
