How to download an Updated Mod?

As the subject bar says, I can't figure out how to download an updated mod for the life of me, It says go to the last page but I can't seem to find it.Your assistance is most appreciated.

Nevermind, it was a Samurai of Hyuga 4 mod but now I can't seem to find it, there's only one for SOH4 on here now but that's not the user I got it from, anyhow it's sorta resolved, I just ended up using lucky patcher. Thanks for trying to help though, here's a like for your troubles
