This is not a common problem, but it is happen when you using Kingroot or something...
Disk check will NOT delete any personal data. It will just fix Read-only problem, and make it writeable again as it should
1. Connect your Android device to your computer with a USB cable and turn on mass storage
Note: You can't do that if connected as Media device (MTP) or Camera (PTP)
2. Open "My computer" or "This PC"
3. Open the tab "Tools" and select "Check" in error checking section
4. Windows does not find any errors because it doesn't know the read-only bug. Just scan and repair the drive to fix the problem
5. That's all. Now the internal sdcard become writeable again
