I didn't manage to mod diamonds (probably server-sided) and I think hp and damage affects both enemy and player, also you'd get stuck during the tutorial as it requires you to receive damage and to not 1 hit kill everyone in order to pass it, these are the reasons I didn't succeed at modding this.
