leaving a feedback by poll vote!

I'm a bit confused. Where do I vote on polls? Am I misinterpreting the meaning of - leaving a feedback by poll vote?

Look at the screen show below. Basically you decide one of the four options after downloading and trying the game/app you downloaded and then click on cast vote to confirm it. This is located at the very top part of the page, I wonder why you missed it, but anyways I hope it helps.
