Surprisingly this game worked. I tried to download it from multiple sites and none worked except for this one.

Just download Lucky Patcher as is said then give it permissions. Then install the .apk file then extract the .zip file and take the folder that includes the .Obb file and move it to android/Obb folder then start your game.

Now you open Lucky Patcher and chose Loren app and modify it by using auto-mode, prevent access to Google, remove checking for license permission, etc...

After you done all of this, open the app again and click on Register Now and the other line till you see the game is activate and the DLC unlocked, then after you finish chapter one, the same thing will occur but since you modified the apk as I told you, it will ask you, Lucky Patcher will asks you if you wanna activate the purchase so just click yes and save your current progress so that you don't have to repeat the process again.
