Did this when I tried to convert it to apk did you try at all?

Despite two different “apks” installer and convert apks to APK, the result is the same... always stuck loading at the same rate

Try opening your device settings, select apps, midnight Stories, storage, force stop, clear cache, clear data, uninstall, restart your device and try downloading it from here again. Let me know if doesn't help.
