The answer to your question:
1. Search for the game or app using the forum's search engine. The "Search" can be found on the upper-right-hand side corner of the screen. Here's a link to save you some time:

2. If you can't find the game/app, you can post a proper Game/App Request thread. There is no guaranty that a request would be fulfilled but reassured the modders here are nice and hardworking.
3. Individual threads for games/apps have their own instructions on how to unlock download links and how to install those modded games/apps correctly. It differs mostly from how the game/app was modded and where that thread was posted.
If you need more information, please examine the list of links (guides) @Obber posted earlier.
