I've been ill and extremely busy with funerals and my own health issues as well as one of the largest mods ever.
The short is, yes, it is possible.
However, it is not simple. You need root access to the data/data package folder and have to deobfuscate, alter, obfuscate, and store changes.
Even if you succeed in that the changes are only good for that game.
The alternative is a while new secondary mod with menu to alter each new game.

Is there anyway you access these files except rooting it i have shizuku

shizuku can access android/data, but not data/data.
