If you go to any hosting site that carries the game, you can plainly see the game is about 92mb.
Whereas my mod is well over 1GB.
The unmodded game requires internet and it downloads thousands of small files used for music, 3D graphics, map expansions, etc.
All of that Down-Loadable-Content is included with my mod, ergo no internet is required.

It hasn't stopped working, it is the offline version.
Please provide more details as to what you mean when you say it isn't working.
Provide snapshot if possible.
Make sure to wait a good 5 minutes for loading. It is a huge game.

I download this a few hours ago but haven't been able to open the mod
I freshly install the .apk and wait a few minutes until the download resources request dhows up and i click yes (can't "proceed" otherwise) and then I've waited several minutes after but nothing happens
I've tried closing and re-opening cuz i dunno maybe it would work but while the background changes it still doesn't do anything

All of the world data is packed into the mod for offline play.
Big file.
Just be patient.
