What are the mod features you ask for? Unlocked all candidates from the Shop.
Additional notes: while the game offers a "play offline" option when not connected to Internet, in my phone it was stuck charging at 93%. I'm not sure if this problem is the same for everyone. Also, I'm not sure if candidates from the shop would be available playing offline.

I unlocked Hard AI Mode and Primary Elections in-app purchases, hope it's enough! If not, I'll also try to unlock all characters in my next update, but it was quite hard to do, that's why I temporarily gave up for the moment
