I'm looking for this game to be played freely.

Sure I won't let their job unpaid.

But those guys are asking way too much money imo.

So I basically just want to play Heroes 3 Pharaon or Caesar 3 on my tablet peacefully while I'm on my throne.

Would be awesome. I tried VCMI which is a polish app who emulate HOMM3 but it's not as good as Exagear.

Since I later discovered that you instead wanted another app, taking into consideration you:

• Provided a wrong google play store link, but it still redirected to an existing app which costed me around 32,90€
• Specified this requested app as "Paid" and indeed the google play link pointed to a paid app (and not to the free one you instead wanted)
• The mod features you asked for were compatible with the app I hacked

I'm still going to mark this request as solved, as per thread directives: ExaGear - Windows Emulator + MOD

If you'll want a different app, you'll have to start a new request.
