It's a semi - online game you just have to be online to buy the game section for once other than that it is a offline game

It's not on playstore anymore you have to find it other 3rd party web site you can download it from anyone cuz non of them has moded version of it :|

I have been working several weeks on obtaining the paid apk, modding it, and with far more difficulties collecting the DLC from a friends device.
The DLC is nearly 2GB and too large to add to the apk so it will have to be packed into an OBB.
It may be a while yet since I have to remove a lot of code for a server that no longer exists.
