When I read kongregate it always reminds me of the high ban chance you have when hacking their currency.

I managed to provide these 2 cool features, let me know if it's enough for you:

Instant Elections (each time you'll tap on your politician you'll elect him)
Unlimited Money (since you can get elected so easily, you'll have unlimited money)
