Three rules infringements:

1) Wrong section. The section to report outdated version is "Game Requests " and the topic is this: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=1171
2) Double Posting not allowed. If you wanted to make things faster, you're taking a wrong way which will lead you to a ban soon. You already asked for it to update it in the above topic.
3) Topic Attribute wrong usage. You used the "MOD APK" (which is used to release a hack) to make a game request.

Also, the game is correctly updated to v2.3.3 if you didn't check it yet.
