Today, OnePlus announced OxygenOS 13 along with the presentation of the OnePlus 10T (practically).

OxygenOS 13 will bring Android 13 along with a new UI and functionality later this year. The operating system will be previewed on the OnePlus 10 Pro, to which the 10T will be added later, as well as the flagship line up to OnePlus 8 and the Nord line up to Nord CE 2 Lite (no word on availability for the Nord 2 Lite, Nord N100, Nord N200 5G, Nord N10 5G and Nord N20 5G).

The new design of OxygenOS 13 will be based on water. OnePlus calls it Aquamorphic Design, and it creates smooth, smooth images and icons with rounded edges.

The system colors will get darker as the day progresses. The always-on display will have Bitmoji and Spotify integration.

OxygenOS 13 will look a lot more like ColorOS. One feature that has been taken directly from Oppo’s chosen operating system is the sidebar toolbox – it’s an app folder that you access quickly from the edge of the screen.

OxygenOS 13 combined with Android 13 will bring many new features, such as spatial audio and Dolby Atmos support, improvements to Nearby Share and App Streaming.
