Realme has confirmed that GT Neo5 will be the first smartphone featuring 240W fast charging and we now know that it will be announced on February 9th. The brand has revealed that the launch will take place in China at 2pm local time.
Official information over the phone is scarce, but we have plenty of rumors from reputable leaksters. The GT Neo5 is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, although we may see a version with the Dimension 8200 that “only” supports 150W fast charging.
Other reports mentioned a 50MP main camera with IMX890 sensor and OIS, something we’ve seen in the Oppo brand and its Find N2 and Reno9 Pro+ smartphones. The screen is likely to be a 6.7-inch AMOLED with 144Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2772×1240 pixels.
