Samsung has released Android 13-based One UI 5.0 stable updates for the unlocked Galaxy S20 FE 5G (SM-G781U1) and Galaxy A51 (SM-A515U1) in the US.
One UI 5.0 update for Galaxy S20 FE 5G comes with firmware version G781U1UEU9FWA7, while One UI 5.0 update for Galaxy A51 has firmware version A515U1UEU8EWA6.
Both smartphones get the usual One UI 5.0 goodies with new updates, but the Galaxy S20 FE 5G gets the January 2023 Android security patch with the update, while the Galaxy A51 gets the December 2022 Android security patch.

It’s also worth mentioning that the One UI 5.0 update based on Android 13 is the last Android version update for the Galaxy A51 since it launched in 2019 with Android 10 and was eligible for three Android OS updates.
That said, if you still haven’t received One UI 5.0 on your unlocked Galaxy S20 FE 5G or Galaxy A51 in the US, you can check it manually by going to their Settings Software update menu.
