It's a strange one for it to happen on both mods they're completely different types. I would reach out to Sbenny and explain the issue see if he knows what might be wrong.

Thank you. And it's not just your mods that has the same error. I've tried some mods out of sbenny and still getting the same error so I'm kind of thinking maybe it's in the game itself

It's possible. What you can do is try playing the original version Upto the point you get the bug, let it download the new features then try the mod. It's a hassle but occasionally helps.
