I'm getting this error. I just installed and move the obb file to its correct folder. I'm not on wifi. Using mobile data. Didmt have an issue with the unmodded apk.

Here let me show you how its done

- Install recent Lucky Patcher Version
- Highlight the Valkyrie Profile app, choose menu of Patches
- Choose create modified apk and choose APK Rebuild InApp and LVL Emulation
- there will be two success and 3 failed message
- Choose go to file and reinstall the app
- Open the game and choose purchase, it will quite take long to loading means its working
- Purchase the items and will be shows Transmission Failed
- Open the Extra Menu and you can see the items you purchased
