This game CAN be modded but I'm afraid at the moment I'm not having time to make custom mods I'm sorry.. :-(

So,

Crystals, Credits, and other materials have got a checksum which is generated from the server each time your amount of currency changes. Also, I tried manipulating the Crystals price, cost, currency, requirement but it didn't work/was server sided.

Mission rewards didn't work too and Loot in battle didn't work, too.

My final attempt would be modifying the troops attributes but I'm afraid it would be off-topic since you requested Unlimited Crystals.
