I think we will have to wait on SMAPI to be converted before we can really mod stardew, pls dont quote me on this tho... i do know that you can move your save file from android to pc, then use the stardew save editor on the save file, and then move the save back to your android... this is what i recommend for now, it has a lot of values you can change including money, health, stamina, map unlocks, tool upgrade levels, friendship levels, skill levels (including luck), profession changes (you can have them all), plus you can add items into your game as well as move stuff around on your farm... all this plus a couple more things not mentioned can be changed using the save editor...
