Same problem with the updated version. When I click on the gems it says purchase packages are unavailable and doesn't show any options to buy gems. So I have no way to add more gems.

Sorry to hear! Do you have Lucky Patcher downloaded and is it updated? Failing that download the app from playstore and patch yourself as its very easy to do!
