This Is the Police is a tactical game that lets you take the control of a Police Station. Very well designed.
Review:
This Is the Police is one of the greatest games that is made in the category of strategy. At least, for me. When you play, you see the liars, democrats and minimum other evils at work. They do not carry about the people of your town, well, neither do you. Everyone is doing everything for money and without it, you worth nothing. You'll be tasked with protecting the town while handling with mafia, mysterious murder and various detective cases and the infamous town governor. Everything will come at you and you won't have a single minute to catch your breath.
A thing I really missed in this game is the fact that we have no choice over the story. I'm saying this because I love story-based games but this is not one of them. So, you are not playing a hardened cop that acts like he/she's in a movie. You are not the best fighter either, but you are one smart man.
Oh, let's not forget the morale of your officers. You don't command a few mindless goons, you command officers with ridiculous demands. They will get to you and say "Excuse me Chief but I can't work today since I need to finish this book." We all know you aren't going to finish that book, Karen...
Would you recommend this to other users? Surely.
