I was having the same problem but it worked when I placed the OBB in the sdcardHello! I can't seem to make it work for me. It just stays in the loading screen no matter how long I wait. Please help thank you!
Hi @Gourov, I'm thankful for this mod but the mods seems not working for me. I'm surely install the v.9.8.9.8 SB Patcher and install the V1 mod first and using V1 OBB but I can't buy anything from the Shop. Please help, thank you

So apparently, I found the problem, which is the permission for SB Patcher , that is "display pop-up windows while running in background".
When this permission is not allowed, it's preventing the pop-up that SB Patcher do while doing the purchases, thus the transcation cannot be completed.
When I allowed the permission for SB Patcher to display the pop-up windows, the MOD seems working perfectly and I can play the game normally
. I don't know if this permission for the SB Patcher is "not allowed" by default. But please, if there is another people experiencing same problem with me, please take note for the SB Patcher permission and allow all the permission.
