I'm new here and don't understand why I can't download any mods?

Earn/Buy SB points. You obviously need an account for that.
How do you earn SB? Well, you use the forum. If your messages, threads, etc.. get liked, you get points.
You also get points for posting. Here is a more detailed guide <-- Link

If you already unlocked a file, but you still can't download your desired file, then it might be a server issue. You can use the "Help Chat" for advise and more information.
For example: The SB Patcher (Sbenny's own app patcher to make distributing modded APKs easier) v9.8.9.9 stable can't be downloaded right now due to server issues.

You can’t download mods until you unlock them with SB Points. New accounts usually have zero access at first. Earn points by being active on the forum, then unlock the file. If you already unlocked it and the download still fails, it’s likely a temporary server issue, especially with SB Patcher . In that case, use Help Chat or wait for it to be fixed.
