India celebrated Republic Day on Thursday, a holiday often coupled with big discounts from retailers and brands. Xiaomi has done well for itself as it announced that it sold over 1 million products during its sale.
The so-called Republic Day actually spanned several days, from January 16 to 20, and covers a variety of categories: Xiaomi makes everything from headphones to smart TVs. The company doesn’t reveal which products have sold best, but we can make a guess.

The Redmi Note 12 series continues to enjoy high demand and has sold over ₹5 billion worth of phones in less than two weeks of launch (January 11-23). This is up from the reported ₹3 billion for the first week of availability.
