Yakisoba with vegetables and omelet



There yakisoba it is one of the most famous dishes of traditional Japanese cuisine. If you have seen any cartoons or read Japanese anime, you will surely have come across a character intent on cooking or eating them. Yakisoba literally means: stir fryyaki, precisely (焼き) and soba (そば), buckwheat spaghetti (or noodles), and it is precisely these two ingredients that this dish of Chinese origin, but now considered to all intents and purposes Japanese.
