What is Lucky Patcher purpose? Do we just install the game throught Lucky Patcher ?

I tested this one and it's not working unfortunately. no ygo points and Lucky Patcher is for rooted devices.

Need help.
ihave downloaded both modded apk & the obb,
installed the mod apk, copy the obb file into android/obb like the install instruction.
but there's a warning when running the app (pic)
did i miss something?
trying the apk in rooted & non rooted phone and still got the error
