Last year, Sony launched a Play At Home initiative to help gamers who are mostly stuck indoors due to COVID-19. You can now download Ratchet & Clank (2016) on PS4 and PS5 completely free as part of that initiative.
The title is available for free download until the end of March. And after downloading it, you own the game forever – no strings attached.
Whether you are a longtime fan of the characters or a newcomer to the franchise, this game is definitely worth the download. Reimagine the original 2002 Ratchet & Clank with better graphics and more rewarding gameplay.
And if you enjoy playing it, you can go ahead and pre-order Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart (complete with some fun bonuses) before it releases on June 11th.
Sony’s Play At Home initiative will run until June and will include additional game content and multimedia content. For example, starting March 25, new Funimation subscribers can get an additional 90 days added to their 14-day free trial.
