Apple has launched the eighth beta of iOS 16 ahead of its final version, which is expected to happen soon after the Apple event on September 7th. Those who are subscribed to the beta program can check this out by browsing General > Software update menu on your iPhone’s Settings app.

But remember that beta builds often have bugs that hinder the user experience, so it’s best to avoid them on primary devices.

iOS 16 beta 8 – with build number 20A5358a – comes with bug fixes, performance improvements and some optimizations that bring it even closer to the public release, so we suggest you wait for the final release as it’s not too far off.
