The latest information on the upcoming Honor Magic6 series details the triple camera system on the back and some interesting details on the front camera.
According to Digital Chat Station on Weibo, the Honor Magic6 will have an OV50H sensor, an OV50K sensor, and a 160MP periscope zoom. The OV50H is a 1/1.3-inch sensor, while rumors have pegged the OV50K as a 1-inch or 1/1.3-inch sensor. In any case, the OV50K features LOFIC technology: Side-overflow integration capacitor-based CMOS, basically a stacked sensor, similar to that of the Xperia 1 V and OnePlus Open (Oppo Find N3).
The main camera (OV50H or OV50K) will have a variable aperture lens to adjust the amount of light hitting the sensor: this will help achieve sharper images in good light conditions (landscapes, macro) and brighter, less noisy images in low light conditions.
The rest of the report points to satellite communication on the Honor Magic6 series and the existence of a Porsche co-branded model.
