Samsung has announced the Galaxy S25 FE this week, a cheaper variant of its peak series. Also this week are new top tablets, the Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra. Let’s take a look at which type of offers are available.
There is no pre-order for the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, the phone was immediately on sale. You can collect a unit immediately with £ 50 discount at the time of payment and a Galaxy Watch 7 (40 mm).
Instead, you could go for Galaxy S24 FE last year – Currently, the 128 GB model can be obtained for £ 100 less than the FE S25. There is no free watch, though. Here’s what the new model brings to the old one.
Samsung rashed 23 g of weight of the new FE and 0.6 mm from the thickness (at 190 GE 7.4 mm). At the same time, the company increased the battery capacity to 4,900 mAh (+200 mAh). Not only that, the wired charging rate was increased to 45 W (0-65% in 30 minutes, compared to 0-50% in 30 minutes on the old FE) and wireless at 25 W (respectively compared to 25 W and 15 W). In addition, the regular Exynos 2400 chipset (instead of 2400E) has higher clock speeds.
Alternatively, you could look at the Galaxy S25+, but this week there are no offers on that model.
There is another FE phone, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 Fe. If you are a subscriber for students, you can make it fall only £ 50 more than the FE S25. Anyway, get the free Watch 40mm. This model also uses the Exynos 2400 chipset and has a 6.7 “1080p+OLED LTPO display. The reversal phones are more compact than rigid phones with the same size screen. The battery capacity is a problem, however, this has a 4,000 mAh battery with 25 W wired wiring of 15 W.
A cheaper Samsung with a 6.7 “1080p (Non-Cltpo) OLED display is the Galaxy A56. Its Exynos 1580 does not correspond to the 2400, however. Furthermore, the dedicated camera is missing, keeping only a main 50 MP and an ultra wide to 12 MP.
OnePlus 13 is close to the price range S25 FE, only £ 50 more if you are watching 256 GB models (but do not get a watch). This has a 6.82 “6.82” LTPO display, more clearly clear and a current Snapdragon 8 elite. In addition, it has a triple 50 MP camera on the back that includes a 3x/73 mm Periscope. The 6,000 mAh battery supports both 100W cablates and 50W wireless charge.
The little F7 Ultra is actually cheaper than the S25 FE, while also offers a Snapdragon 8 Élite as OnePlus. The 50 MP telephoto lens on this is only a 2.5x/60 mm unit, but it could still be better than the 8 MP 3x/75 mm unit on Samsung. In addition, the 6.67 “OLED display has a higher resolution (1440p+) and brightness (3,200 Nits Peak against 1,900 Nit). The battery is only a little larger to 5,300 mAh, but supports both 120 W and 50W wired wireless charging.
The little F7 Pro is much cheaper than the Samsung, while maintaining the 6.67 “1440p + displays of its brother Ultra. The Snapdragon 8 Jan 3 inside the Pro is contemporary of Exynos 2400 inside the Galaxy. You get a camera more based with this (50 MP Main + 8mp ultra-all, no canvas) but also a battery larger than 6,000 mAh. Charge.
Also this week, Samsung has launched a new generation of its top tablet series: this with 11 “and 14.6” models, but no 12.4 “. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 has an 11” 120Hz OLED display, 8,400 mAh battery and a Dimtyy 9400+ chipset.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra uses the same chip, but is combined with a 14.6 “120Hz larger OLED display and a 11,600 mAh battery. Both tab S11 models get £ 50 discount at the checkout and a free book cover keyboard for a plus laptop keyboard.
Another recent arrival in the tablet space is the honor Magicpad 2 12.3. As the name suggests, it has a 14.3 “144Hz OLED display. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 and a 10.050 mAh battery.
